Operational draft for launch in Tallinn. An Estonian lawyer should review it before we register the OÜ and go fully public.
By creating a request or using a shop account you agree to these terms. Carvo operates from Tallinn, Estonia.
The service
Carvo lets car owners in Tallinn collect offers from workshops. We are not a repair shop and we do not perform the work. The repair contract is between the client and the chosen shop.
Accounts
Clients sign in with Google. Workshop accounts are created by Carvo; there is no self-signup for shops. Keep login details safe. We may close an account that breaks these terms or the law.
Requests
Describe the job honestly. An admin reviews each request before shops see it. If it is rejected, you can edit and send it again. You may delete a request until you choose a shop.
Workshops
A response spends lead credit from the shop balance. Offer prices are set by the shop, not by Carvo. Inactive shops cannot respond.
Lead fee
The lead fee is set when an admin publishes the request (usually €5–25). It is charged when the shop sends a response, not when the client publishes.
Invalid lead / refund
A response spends the lead fee. Closing or deleting the request does not return it, and choosing another shop does not either. Carvo may refund a lead only in individual cases (spam, duplicate, not Tallinn, test or similar).
Liability
Carvo is not responsible for the quality, timing or price of the repair, or for agreements between the client and the shop. The service is provided as available.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia. Consumers may also use the EU ODR platform and Estonian consumer dispute bodies.
